Doctor’s Visits:
Best option to address specific medical concerns (basically, anything you would visit urgent care or your family doctor’s office for) including UTI, Cold or Flu, Thyroid Issues, Diabetes, Blood Pressure issues, Asthma, etc.
Available to anyone in Washington State, Oregon, or Arizona.
Also available to any nomadic folks without a permanent address.

All visits with be via video or phone and are generally same-day appointments.
Single problem visit: $157
Mental Health Counseling/ Life Coaching:
For those experiencing mental or emotional distress who want support. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help folks manage anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and other mental health conditions. We will work together to identify the root cause of difficult emotions, address subconscious resistance, and create a personalized plan to get you back in the driver’s seat of your emotional and mental health.

Health Coaching:
This option available for anyone in the world who would like holistic guidance and education about their health and potential treatments.
This can include in-depth education about a diagnosis or treatment your doctor has recommended as well as guidance on natural remedies or supplements that may be beneficial for you.
Coaching clients will be asked to refer to their PCP before stopping their medication or changing their treatment plans.
Example topics: Reversing Diabetes, Weight Loss, Immune Support, Thyroid Support, Supplements, Fasting, Chronic Fatigue Help, etc.

Do you bill insurance?
For the benefit and safety of my patients, I do not bill insurance.
Patients with an HSA can use their HSA funds for their care.
Do I still need insurance?
Some patients choose to have some insurance for medications, imaging services, specialist visits, and emergency/catastrophic illness.
Are in person visits available?
Single Problem Visits are primarily via telephone or video.
